City & Guilds B-IT NVQ (2257-50) Level 2

The 16 week programme is designed to turn individuals from "problem identifiers" into "problem solvers".

The fun and interactive course focuses on embedding and sustaining a Continuous Improvement culture.

Workshops, on the job coaching and assessing ensures that participants not only have the knowledge but are able to demonstrate their skills to a nationally agreed standard.

Individuals undertake 3 improvement projects that look to improve COST, QUALITY, DELIVERY, HEALTH, SAFETY & WELLBEING in their areas of work.

They use teamwork, problem solving techniques and 5s workplace organisation/visual management methodology to bring about measurable improvements for themselves and for their organisation.

Candidates must achieve all five mandatory units plus one optional unit.
