Project Description

Our collaboration with Produce World began in 2014. The key driver for the programme was to enhance the communication and people skills of their 45 first line managers. The end in mind was developing a population capable of motivating and managing their team in-line with the companies’ employee engagement strategy.

Responsibility is one Produce Worlds key values, and being accountable for ones action is very important. Produce World wanted to actively encourage their managers to challenge the status quo and take individual responsibility for making a difference.

The programme consisted of four modules as follows.

  • Managing myself – reflective practice
  • Managing my team – effective communication
  • Managing my team – applying effective people management
  • Managing compliance – embracing change

The feedback from the programme was extremely positive.  Since the completion of the original programme we have enrolled 10 delegates on a ILM Level 3 Diploma in Management.
