Lean Manufacturing Operative L2

Who's it for? Lean Manufacturing Operatives working within a Production/Assembly role or an Inspection/Quality assurance role, Logistics/Material handling role, Production processing/finishing role. Learn about and develop the skills in communication, workplace organisation, health, safety, and environmental best practice, lean manufacturing operations, quality control, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Duration: 13 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion Investment: A £6000 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £300 towards. (Subject to eligibility criteria).


Improvement Technician L3

Who's it for? Improvement Technicians are responsible for delivery and coaching of improvement activity within an area of responsibility, often associated with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. They can be found across all industry sectors and functions including automotive, banking, engineering, food products, IT, property, retail, telecoms, etc.
Duration: 13 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
Investment:
A £4000 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £200 towards. (Subject to eligibility criteria).


Improvement Practitioner L4

Who's it for? Improvement Practitioners use a blend of Lean and Six Sigma, project and change management principles and tools to identify and lead the delivery of change across organisational functions and processes. Improvement Practitioners can be found across all sectors and functions including automotive, banking, engineering, food products, IT, property, retail, telecoms, etc. 
Duration: 13 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
Investment: A £6000 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £300 towards.

Improvement Specialist L5

Who's it for? Improvement Specialists are responsible for leading the deployment of improvement strategy, for training others and for providing broad and deep technical expertise in advanced and complex Lean and Six Sigma, Project and Change Management principles and tools to enable identification and delivery of improvement opportunities aligned to key business goals. Duration: 13 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment
Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
Investment: A £9000 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £450 towards.

Team Leader/ Supervisor L3

Who's it for? A team leader/supervisor is a first line management role, with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team to deliver a clearly defined outcome. They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.  
Duration: 12 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
Investment: A £4500 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £225 towards.

Operations/Departmental Manager L5

Who's it for? Departmental Managers Operations Managers within business units. An operations/departmental manager is someone who manages teams and/or projects, and achieving operational or departmental goals and objectives, as part of the delivery of the organisations strategy. They are accountable to a more senior manager or a business owner. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities and job titles will vary, but the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed will be the same. Key responsibilities may include creating and delivering operational plans, managing projects, leading and managing teams, managing change, financial and resource management, talent management, coaching, and mentoring. Roles may include Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Department Manager, and specialist managers.
Duration: 18 months + 3 months End Point
Assessment: Assessment Work-based project, presentation, knowledge test, and professional discussion
Investment: A £7000 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £350 towards.

Customer Service Practitioner L2

Who's it for? The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.
Duration: 12 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
Investment: A £3500 qualification that is fully funded for large organisations by the Levy or that SMEs only contribute £175 towards.

Customer Service Specialist L3

Who's it for? The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries. You are often an escalation point for complicated or ongoing customer problems. As an expert in your organisation’s products and/or services, you share knowledge with your wider team and colleagues. You gather and analyse data and customer information that influences change and improvements in service. Utilising both organisational and generic IT systems to carry out your role with an awareness of other digital technologies. This could be in many types of environments including contact centres, retail, webchat, service industry, or any customer service point.  
Duration: 15 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion

Business Administrator L3

Who's it for? Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills, and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. This includes small and large businesses alike; from the public sector, private sector, and charitable sector. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
Duration: 18 Months + 3 months End Point Assessment Assessment: Work-based project and presentation, plus completion of a portfolio of evidence to support the apprenticeship. Knowledge test and professional discussion
